Clear terms for Beside.

Beside provides authentication codes and service-related personal-assistant messages. Messages may include onboarding notices, replies to requests, scheduling coordination, reminders, confirmations, and updates about tasks you ask Beside to handle.

You enroll by entering your mobile number at beside.ltd/get-beside, actively selecting the SMS consent checkbox, and requesting a verification code. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may also resubscribe by texting START after a prior opt-out.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you reply START to resubscribe. You can also request help by texting +1 (424) 436-3708.

Beside handles mobile information and messaging consent as described in the SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

You must be legally able to enter an agreement and provide accurate account information. Additional age or location restrictions may apply.

Keep access to your account and assistant number secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for promptly reporting suspected misuse.

You choose which calendars and services to connect. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and availability.

Do not use Beside to harm, deceive, harass, impersonate, violate privacy, evade safeguards, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or break the law. Your assistant is represented as an assistant, not as you.

Beside may change during the private beta and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Messaging carriers, calendar providers, and other external services may affect availability.

You may stop using Beside at any time. Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.
